GCA of Hawaii’s Medical Program
For over 25 years, GCA of Hawaii has been providing company medical plans for non-union and non-bargaining unit employees.
In 2016, GCA made changes to its medical plan coverage in order to be fully-compliant with the Federal Statute, Affordable Care Act (ACA) and to continue offering affordable group medical coverage. To be in compliance with the ACA, a Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA) was established by GCA of Hawaii.
This website has been developed to provide GCA members with up-to-date information about the MEWA Plan and to help expedite the enrollment process for companies during the open enrollment period.
NOTE: If your company is already an EXISTING MEWA participant, there is NO ACTION REQUIRED on your part. If your company is NOT an existing MEWA participant and you would like to participate in the GCA MEWA Group Plan, please continue reading the information provided on this website and determine your eligibility before applying.
